How much is it and how do payments work?

I'm not technical. Will this be hard for me?
No. You talk to the agent like with an employee — in Telegram or on your site. All the technical parts (models, knowledge base, updates) are on me. I train you and your team in a 30–40 minute video call.
What do you need from me to start?
Your documents: price list, policies, frequently asked questions. If you don't have them — I'll build the knowledge base myself from your website, customer chats and a short interview.
Where is my customers' data stored?
The knowledge base and conversation logs live on your hosting or VPS — an EU region if you prefer. Nothing is sent to third-party services without your knowledge. I sign an NDA and can provide a DPA on request.
What if the agent doesn't know an answer?
It honestly says "I'll pass this to a specialist" and forwards the question to you. That's a principle: the agent never invents prices or terms — which is exactly what AI gets blamed for.
Can I try a live agent before paying?
